It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bettye Kiser Johnson (Germanton, North Carolina), born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Kiser and Anna Slate Kiser; and her husband Peter W. "Buck" Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Steve (Heidi), Mark (Heather) and Kristy Spencer (Steven); and her brother Monte (Anne). She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
