He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Baines and Dorothy Eure Baines; and his brother Donnie Baines. He is survived by: his spouse Pauline Monds Legg; his children, Crystal L. Perry (Bracey) of Eure, Jeff Legg (Erika) of Eure and Dwayne Legg of Windsor; his brother Eddie Baines (Lisa) of Eure; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Grace, Abigail and Gunner.
