She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Luther James of Elizabeth City, NC; her siblings, Clinton Johnson of Elizabeth City, NC, Leon Johnson (Cynthia) of Elizabeth City, NC and Diane Johnson of Brooklyn, NY; her cousin Connie Freeman of Brooklyn, NY; and her siblings-in-law, Lillie Mae Parker, Doris Butts and Stevie James (Delores). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
