She was predeceased by: her parent Ben Franklin; and her siblings, Laura Kleinhan and Claude Franklin. She is survived by: her parent Alice Bishop Franklin; her husband Glen Lowrance; her brothers, Dwight Franklin of Gates and Frank Franklin of Lynchburg, VA; her daughters, Martha Fairbanks (Dennis, Jr.) of Charlottesville, VA, Fantasia Lowrance of Gates and Susan Yelton of Roduco; and her grandchildren, Austin, Aaron, Jesse and Cataleya. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
