He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Odessa Lightfoot Roscoe of Gatesville, NC and Wilson Roscoe, Jr.; his wife Ellen; his children, Ralph Roscoe, Jr. (Lovie) of Gatesville, NC, Terrence Roscoe (Nickie) of Gatesville, NC and Gail Wiggins (Ray) of Greensboro, NC; and his siblings, Linberg Roscoe of Gatesville, NC, William Roscoe (Clarice) of Gatesville, NC, Eugene Roscoe (Linda) of Edenton, NC, Marion Harvey (William) of Gatesville, NC and Vivian Roscoe of Charlotte, NC. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
