We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2020, at the age of 95, Georgie Norfleet of Gatesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vastie Privott and Addie Marie Riddick; her husband Grant Norfleet; her children, Lloyd Norfleet, Arthur Norfleet, Shelley Norfleet, Cecil Norfleet, Ned Norfleet, Roy Norfleet, June Norfleet and Grant Norfleet; and her siblings, Otilla Gholson, Bernice Riddick, Rufus Boyce, Tyrone Halsey and Ben Boyce.
She is survived by: her children, Addie Pollard, Judy Baker of Gatesville, NC, Estella Presswood, Vernell Patmon of Ahoskie, NC, Althea Norfleet of Huntsville, TX and George Norfleet of Suffolk; her siblings, Arlene Bunch of Durham, NC, Janet Bunch of Durham, NC, Ann Bond of Durham, NC and Albert Copeland of Greenville, NC; and her children-in-law, Lois Norfleet, Bonnie Norfleet and Willie Hill. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the current Pandemic that we are being faced with at this time, known as Covid-19, we will be practicing and adhering to all mandated protocols, including but not limited to social distancing and all ALL attendees are required to wear proper face coverings.
