He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn N. Lilley, Sr. and Elma Barnes Lilley; his wife Patricia Dyke "Pat" Lilley; his granddaughter Catherine Barnes Lilley McLean; and his sister Elia Dorsey.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Lilley (Martha) of Gatesville and Jennifer Lilley Paris of Cape Carteret; his siblings, James Harvey Lilley (Nancy) of Swansboro, Fleetwood Lilley (Brenda) of South Carolina and Marie Blaylock (James) of Fort Worth, TX; his granddaughter Amanda Lilley Teachey (Carl) of Winston-Salem; his grandson-in-law Dustin McLean; his great grandchild Corbin McLean of Reidsville; and his cousin Paul Lilley (Janet) of Gatesville.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Palliative Care Suite Project at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, P.O. Box 1385, Ahoskie, NC 27910.
