He was predeceased by: his mother Myrna Johnson Lowe. He is survived by: his father Harrell Randolph Lowe, Sr. of Gatesville; his wife Sherl Wiley Lowe; his daughters, Crystal Lowe Ashley (Grant) and Brittney Lowe Stevens (Alex); his brothers, Ricky Lowe and Randy Lowe; and also, Aubrey Mae Ashley of Gatesville and McKinley Jean Stevens of Gatesville.
