He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris A. Boone Cross and Vandell Cross of Gates, NC.; his brother Charlie Vandell Cross of Gates, NC; and his great grandchild Faith Harper of Courtland. He is survived by: his children, Regina C. Cross (Jerry) of Suffolk, Rashonda D. Cross (Dauntae) of Gates, NC and Rashawn O. Cross (Desiree) of Newport News; his grandchildren, Tia Cross, Alexius Artis and DeShaun; his great grandchildren, Aniyah Cross, Anthony Harper and Miracle Harper; his sisters, Rachel Vaughan, Phyllis Kent of Gates and Cassie Boyd (Randolph) of Gates; and his aunt Mildred Dillard of Portsmouth. He is also survived by two nieces, five nephews, a host of cousins and friends.
