He is survived by: his parent Beulah Ransom Burnell; his wife Iris Moss Burnell; his sons, Robert Ransom Burnell of Altamont Springs, FL., Richard Ralph Burnell of Gates County, NC and David Moss of Greer; his sister Phyllis Trentadoe; and also, Navy Veteran, Stephen Moss, Jeffery Moss, Amy Burnell and Caren Hearne.
