He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Moody and Lilia Moody; his children, Preston and Tammy Norman; and his siblings, Jarvis, Jimmy, George and Aliza.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Moody; his children, Brian Moody, Demond White (Kim) of Raleigh and Brianne Moody (Tatiana) of Killeen, Texas; his siblings, John Moody of Newport News, Jeff Moody (Cynthia) of Gates and Lee Bell Eure of Gates; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Saunders of Fayetteville, Cynthia Moody of Gates, William and Arthur Pruden. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
