She was predeceased by: her father Durwood Spivey. She is survived by: her brother Attorney G. Wendell Spivey of Elizabeth City, NC; and her daughters, Rhonda Fay Brown (James K. Brown) and DeVonda Kaye Porter (Bruce Porter). She is also survived by her extended family the Parkers, many cousins and friends.
