She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Williams, Sr. and Mary Clark Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Williams-Boone; and her siblings, Richard Williams, Jr. of Hampton, VA, Quinton Williams of Newport News, VA, Betty Wilkins-Bishop of Kelford, NC, Florence Marie Jackson (Henry) of Windsor, NC, Minister Patricia Ann Bell (Willie) of Lewiston, NC, Marinda Goode of Newport News, VA, Audrey Holloman of Knoxville, TN, Wanda Williams of Newport News, VA and Classie Williams of Newport News, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren; (4) great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
