He is survived by: his children, Dallas Griffin of Gatesville, NC, Dana Griffin, Brandon Brickhouse of Suffolk, VA, Omar Brickhouse of Rocky Mount, NC, Lori Brickhouse and Ryan Brickhouse; his grandchildren, Deronye, Layla, Kaliyah, Nevaeh, Omar Jr., Tahiri and Dalani; his great grandchildren, Saiur and Harper; and his siblings, Freda Melton (Randy) of Gates, NC, Rufus Brickhouse (Carrie) of Springfield Gardens, NY, Joann Howell (Lloyd), Charlie Covington, Evelyn Askew (Samuel) of Gatesville, NC, Norris Brickhouse (Claudia) of Chester, VA, William Brickhouse (Rosa) of Hampton, VA and Gregory Brickhouse of Spring Hill, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends.
