He is survived by: his son Jeff Harkins (Tina Perry); his grandchildren, Dan Perry and Renee Garner; his stepgrandson Chris Lowery; his stepgreat-grandsons, Christopher James Lowery and Michael Howard Lowery; and his brother James Claude Harkins (Maxine).
