He is survived by: his caregivers, Nikki Orr, David Davis and Tré Robinson; his daughters, Jane G. Bridges and Suzanne G. Kayler (Robert); his grandchildren, Andy Herms (Lisa), Wesley Herms (Brittany), Cody Bridges, Elizabeth Meek (Malcum), Eric Rogers and Emma Kayler; his great grandchildren, Liam Meek, Mason Meek, Declan Meek and William Herms; and his brothers, Vaughn Goforth (Cynthia) and Wayne Goforth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
