He is survived by: his wife Janice Floyd; and his siblings, Larry E. Floyd (Tekola), Joe E. Floyd (Debbie), David Floyd, Margie F. Wilson, Milinda Nichols, Sherby J. Floyd and Pamela E. Adams (Allen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
