He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taft Bryson and Ruby Geneva Cabe Bryson; and his siblings, Roy Bryson, Booty Bryson, Betty Morris and Glenda Singleton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Neikirk, Brenda Queen, Buck Bryson (Claudette) and Larry Bryson (Carol); and his sister-in-law Gloria Bryson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Gene's career in textiles spanned most of his life, where he made meaningful contributions to the industry.
