He is survived by: his wife Misty Dunn; his stepdaughters, Maria and Christinia Escamilla; his parent Anita Shipman; his stepfather Clifford Boggs; his siblings, Johnny Dunn (Nora) of Shelby, Randall Dunn (Leighann) of Bessemer City, Charles Shipman of Gastonia and Bellie Ann of Arizona; his nieces and nephews, Emily, Bobby Edwards of Greensboro, Samantha, Derek Scruggs of Shelby, Jacob, Patti Sullens of Shelby, Nathaniel Sullens of Shelby, Cheyanne Dunn, Ricky of Bessemer City, Sierra Dunn of Bessemer City, Brittany, Jimmy Duncan of Shelby and Kristin Dean of Shelby; his great-nieces, Clementine Edwards (Jada Duncan) of Greensboro and Zoey Elizabeth Diane Sullens of Shelby; his great-nephew Jaiden Duncan of Shelby; his cousin Debra Williams; his aunts, Wanda Williams (Bruce), Libby Frady (Ron) and Sandra Finger; and his former wife Paula Dunn of Lake Wylie, SC.. He is also survived by numerous other cousins and friends.
