He was predeceased by: his parents, William Buford Weaver and Cordella Ollie Houston Weaver; and his siblings, George, Clyde Weaver, Dorothy Hogan, Evelyn Harrill and Velma Angley.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Blake Weaver; his sons, Johnny Weaver (Cindy), Nickey Thomas (Crystal), Scott Thomas (Dena), Travis Weaver (Christy) and Danny Weaver; and his brother David Weaver. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
