She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Elizabeth Auten and Walter Richard Barnes; her husband Dennis Fox; and her siblings, Ann Barnes Kirksey, Ella Barnes Forbis, David Barnes, Walter W. Barnes, Leona Barnes Marr, Harrison R. Barnes, Margaret Barnes Friday, Frances Barnes Wilson, Betty Barnes Leagon, Jane Barnes Watts and R. Richard Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Fox Ferrell (Brant) of Atlanta, GA, Lee Fox Fritts (Lee) of Roswell, GA and Michael Fox (Lisa) of Gastonia; her sister-in-law Anne Fox of Gastonia; and her grandchildren, Maddie Ferrell, Mason Fox, Maggie Fritts, Andrew Ferrell, Emma Fox and David Fritts. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
