Virginia Grayson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Grayson of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Cherokee, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy E. Grayson; her parents, Albert Spencer and Fannie Spencer; her granddaughter Shelly Dover; her siblings, Louise Thompson and Roy Spencer; and her brothers-in-law, Harold Meadows, Rick Rimmer and Jimmy Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Wagner (John), Teresa Wilmoth (Gary), Randy Grayson (Debbie) and Scott Grayson (Laurie); her grandchildren, Lory Sibcy, Roddy Wagner, Heather Wilmoth, Justin Wilmoth, Melissa Springer, Stephen Grayson, Jenny Grayson, April Stanifer and Adam Grayson; and her siblings, Robert Spencer, Betty Meadows and Diann Rimmer. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; 4 great-great granddaughters.
