He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Jacobs and Martha Jacobs. He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Jacobs, Jeff Jacobs and Gene Jacobs; his children, Timothy Jacobs and Dana Patterson (Adam Patterson); his grandchildren, Lauryn Jacobs, Haleigh Wall, Dawson Hartness, Skylan Jacobs, Sidney Hartness, Gabriel Jacobs and Payton Jacobs; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Avery.
