He was predeceased by: his father Isaac "I. B."; his daughter Mary Jo Gibby; and his siblings, Verlon Gibby and Juanita Gibby. He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Sue Williams Gibby; his children, Susan Henry (Carroll), Tommy Dean Gibby (Tami), Juanita Dean (Danny) and Sybil Elmore; and his sisters, Edna Dilling and Sandra Brucker. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
