She was predeceased by: her parents, David Jacobs and Shirley Jacobs; her son Adam Eugene Huffstetler; and her cousin Ronnie Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Chase Carver and Trey Carver; her brothers, David "Chuck" Jacobs (Denise), Chad Jacobs, David A Jacobs Jr. (Liz) and Curtis Jacobs (Trish); her grandchildren, Brantley Carver, Braxton Carver and Ella Carver; and her cousin Jessica Price Mitchell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many loving and caring friends.
