She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade R. Davis, Jr. and Dorothy Arms Everett; and her husband James "Jim" Ponder Falls, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James "Jay" P. Falls, Jr. (Christi) of Gastonia and Debbie Ray (Kenneth Ray) of Cary, NC; her brothers, Bob Arms (Betty) of Greensboro, NC, Tom Arms (Eileen) of London, England, Wade Davis, III (Jane) of Durham, CT and Mills Davis (Jan) of Pensacola, FL; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Chandler Ray, Jackson, Harrison and Hudson Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
