She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Burchett and Minnie Alder Burchett; her husband Robert Marion "Bob" Meadows; and her siblings, Erma Smith and Larry Burchett.
She is survived by: her daughter Caroline Moon (Scott); her grandchildren, Abbey Osborne (Jonathan) and Alex Moon; her nieces and nephews, Leia Davis, Scott Smith, Judy Gibbs (Tom), Paul, Tommy and Kenneth; and her sister-in-law Dot Burchett.
