With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Suzanne (Smith) Elliott of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Clinton, South Carolina, who passed away on February 18, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James C. Smith and Hattie M. Smith (Blakely); her husband Robert B. Elliott Jr.; her children, Robin Elliott Shealy (Darrell), Julie Elliott Mooneyhan (Everette), Rev. Robert "Bob" Elliott, III (Lorie Dean) and Lisa Elliott Dodd (Mark); and her grandchildren, Joseph Shealy (Amber), Anna Pruitt (Martin), John Shealy, Alex Mooneyhan (Leah Owens), Adam Mooneyhan, Blakely Elliott, Robert "Bo" B. Elliott, IV, Sarah Long (Joseph), Matthew Dodd and Jacob Dodd.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pisgah A.R.P. Church or Bonclarken Conference Center.
