She was predeceased by: her parents, Azalee Gaddis (Dockery) and Carl Gaddis. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Davis (King) and Curtis "Jeffrey" Crumbley Missing; her grandchildren, Brandy Jackson (Donell), Joseph Adam Davis and Dylan Shane Davis (Ashley); and her siblings, Ruby Stiles (Gaddis), Grace Lee (Gaddis), Edd Gaddis, Clinton Gaddis (Sonya) and Andrew Gaddis.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be given in Susie's name, to Zion Baptist Church – Building Fund, 2437 Propst St., Gastonia, NC 28052.
