He is survived by: his wife Ann Cherry; his children, Steven Timothy Cherry, Jr. (Angie), Jonathan David Cherry (Megan) and Jennifer Waggoner (Chris); his grandchildren, Kaylyn, Keegan Cherry, Jackson, Grace, Anna Cherry, Luke and Elliot Waggoner; his siblings, Gregory Cherry (Tricia), Jimmy Cherry, Chris Cherry (Lynn), Phillip Cherry (Cheryl), Melissa Deaton (Joe), Dorothy Cherry and Amy Lawing (David); and his sister-in-law Myra Cherry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to honor Steve may be sent to Belmont Abbey College for the benefit of the James and Eunice Cherry Endowment Fund for Nursing School Tuition Assistance.
