He is survived by: his wife Iris Westlake Tiearney of Gastonia; his daughters, Colleen Aldrich (Robert) and Cheryl Tiearney; his grandchildren, Addison of Belmont, NC and Alex Aldrich of Belmont, NC; his niece Susanne Husband (Randy); and his sister-in-law Sharon Nebbs (Monty Young) of London, Ontario..
