Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shirley Marlene Browning of Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 63, on March 9, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson Browning and Nancy Davis Browning; her brother Frank Browning; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Rhodes. She is survived by: her niece Amanda Teseniar; her children, Michael Rainey and Kasey Petty; and her siblings, Jerry Browning (Pamela), Pamela Rhodes and Andrea Payne.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to St. Jude's.
