She was predeceased by: her parents, Dathie Elfus and Berbie Jackson Welch; and her brothers, Marshal, Jimmy and Ronnie Welch.
She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Welch and Kenneth Welch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
