It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shawn Diane Camby of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lee Camby; her son Ethan Camby; her stepfather Kent Upton Sr.; and her grandparents, Marvin, Gaynell Treece, Lora and Lonnie Camby.

She is survived by: her mother Linda Diane Treece Upton; her daughters, Kelsey Lee Camby (Malachi Ivester) and Rylin Kale Camby; and her granddaughter Delilah Ivester. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
