He is survived by: his parents, Charles Long and Patsy Long; the mother of his children Sandy Long of Kings Mountain, NC; his sons, Lucas Long (Cayla) of Kings Mountain, NC and Lance Long of Kings Mountain, NC; his brother Captains Robert Long (Wanda) of Beauford, SC; and his grandchildren, Trever of Kings Mountain, NC., Tucker of Kings Mountain, NC., Tanner of Kings Mountain, NC. and Hazley of Kings Mountain, NC..
