He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Coleman and Stella Carter Coleman; and his siblings, Doris Carter, Carolyn Coleman, Sherman Jones, Dewey Jones, Damer Jones and Junior Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Leigh Fincher Coleman; his son Shannon Lamar Coleman; his stepsons, Woodie Wooten (Carolyn) and Jeff Wooten; his grandchildren, Justin Coleman, Jesse Coleman, Stephanie Wooten, Kasey Wooten and Bailey Wooten; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Neathery and Emryn Florio.
