She was predeceased by: her husband Alaska Earl Jones; her parents, Walter Hemphill and Ora Crawford Jackson; her son Jimmy Costner Jones; and her aunts, Ethel Armstrong and Hattie Webb Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Walter Jones (Chrystal) and Willie Jones (Debra). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
