She is survived by: her daughter Lori Pearson; her grandchildren, Melanie Addis (Joe), Katie Crofts (Wesley), Joseph "JoJo" Gathings and Heather Smith (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Kendall Addis, Cooper Addis and Henry Crofts; her grandchild Fancey; and her pet Houston Oliver Pearson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (701 Littlejohn St, Gastonia, NC 28052). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Gaston Memorial Park (1200 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
