She is survived by: her parents, William Jack Williams and Annie Doris Inscoe Williams; her husband Jeff Best; her daughter Jessica Keever (Brian); her brother Harold Williams (Brenda); her sisters-in-law, Stephanie Neel (Jim) and Kim Smith; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Jack and Annie Keever. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
