With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Short Brumbaugh (Gastonia, North Carolina), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 9, 2020 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Short and Virginia Ann Rainey Short; and her siblings, Antionette Short and Joseph Short. She is survived by: her husband David Brumbaugh of Gastonia; her sons, James Brumbaugh of Belmont, NC, David Brumbaugh (Crystal) of Belmont, NC and Christopher Brumbaugh (Terry Callicutt) of Charlotte, NC; her granddaughters, Caitlin "Hope", Kaleigh, Lylianne and Sophia Brumbaugh; and her sister JoAnn Short Yova of Boardman, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
