He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Bradshaw Chapman; his children, Susan K. Chapman, Nancy C. Maldonado (Jesus), Samuel E. Chapman, Jr., Rose C. Williams (Rondale) and Tabitha C. Spencer (Terry); his grandchildren, Margarita M. Gould (Jimi), Victor A. Maldonado (Abby), Nicholas A. Spencer, Noah T. Spencer and Clay Maldonado; his great grandchildren, Madalin Maldonado, Manny Maldonado, Alex Gould, Miles Gould, Dillon Maldonado and Justin Maldonado; his siblings, Johnny F. Chapman (Ollie) and Barbara Theel; and his granddaughter-in-law Renee Stillwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
