She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vaughan and Anne White Vaughan. She is survived by: her grandson Robert; her husband Walt of Chapel Hill, NC.; and her sons, Walter Rabb of Huntersville, NC and Robert Rabb of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, their spouses and children and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Myers Memorial United Methodist Church, 301 S. New Hope Rd., Gastonia, NC 28054.
