He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Smith and Mary Schmidt Smith. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Jeanne Smith; his children, Brian Kent Smith (Jill), Kevin Andrew Smith and Cheri Anne Jones (Jesse); his sister Kathy Nelson (Alan); his grandchildren, Crystal Smith, Shawn Sheets, Brittany Littell, Carson Smith, Nora Smith and Sydney Smith; and his great grandchildren, LillyAnne Stadler and Logan Haught.
