He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron T. Hiscox and Hazel Baker Hiscox; his wife Gladys Marie Blynt Hiscox; and his son Paul Hiscox. He is survived by: his sons, Lyle Hiscox (Diane), Carl Hiscox (Cheryl) and Dale Hiscox (Brandi Browning); and his brother Allen Hiscox (Cindy).
