He is survived by: his father Earl Lewis; his son Robbie Lewis (Christina); his brothers, David Lewis, Ron Lewis (Jerri) and Chuck Lewis (Angie); and his grandchildren, Dominic Connell, Kylie Connell, James Connell, Leeland Connell, Bryson Lewis and Mickinley Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
