He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clyde "Boley" Cloninger and Ruth Huffstetler Cloninger. He is survived by: his wife Frances Holland Cloninger; his daughters, Dr. Karen Cloninger Lowe (Jeff), Linda Cloninger Parker (Randy), Carla Cloninger Helms (Brad) and Melody Cloninger Brunson (Gary); his grandchildren, Ashlee Sibbett, Katie, Lindsay Lowe, Jacob Brooks and Ella Brunson; his brother Ronnie Cloninger (Brenda); and his brother-in-law Tommy Holland (Jo Ann). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
