It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Earl Greene of Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee and Mary Sue Dalton Greene. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Karriker Greene; his children, Brenda Greene Evans, Dale Greene, Curtis Greene and David Greene; and his brothers, Dennis Greene and Ted Greene. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
