It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Ray Alexander of Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Gordan and Martha Ganell Hensley Alexander; and his siblings, Mike Alexander, Patricia Hyder and Cindy Alexander.

He is survived by: his daughter Beth Moses (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Madison Barrett, Alexandria Barrett, Jaidyn Moses and Bobby Moses; his great grandchild Emalynn Quevedo-Johns; and his sisters, Kay Lynch, Donna Martin and Carol Alexander Numerous.
