With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Wayne Terry Sr. (Gastonia, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on October 5, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Norwood Terry and Hilda Mae Fore Terry; and his siblings, Arnold Douglas Terry, Kathy Stephens and Sandra Kay Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Doris R Terry; his children, Beth Yelton (Mike), Kimberly Mayo Richard W. (Rich), Terry Jr., Lisa Lawson and Danny Huffstetler (Lori); and his sister Brenda Bridges. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
