He is survived by: his wife Martha Wilson Maxwell; his mother Deanna Moore Maxwell; his brothers, Peter Maxwell (Twayna) and P. J. Maxwell (Melissa); his children, Dalton and Sydney; his father-in-law Larry (Frances Wilson); his sister-in-law Laura Baylor (John); his nieces, Isabella and Frances; and his pet Millie.
